Change Healthcare In-house — 2016–2020

Change Healthcare was a Nashville-based technology company focused on healthcare revenue cycle management. Over four years, I worked across a wide range of projects — from campaign work to print collateral to digital advertising.

The most personal of those was Face of Change, a customer case study campaign led by Creative Director Grant Howard. We visited real customers across the country, documented their stories, and turned those conversations into posters and collateral that put actual people — not stock imagery — at the center of the brand. My role was photographer and designer.

In 2018 and 2020 I art directed two commercial photo productions in Los Angeles, working alongside Creative Director Mark Bauman. Split across two simultaneous locations with a crew of roughly twenty, the shoots produced the lifestyle and patient journey imagery that became the foundation of Change Healthcare's broader marketing. I was responsible for talent review, overall photographic direction, and keeping both productions aligned to the same visual standard.

The remaining work shown here spans LinkedIn advertising, employee demographics infographics, and print brochures — each requiring a different hand, but all part of the same effort to make a complex, technical brand feel human.
